Lifting Agitation Tank

Introduction
The impeller of agitation tank is driven by the motor and motor v-belt or gear motor, making the solid particles to suspend and making agent and ore pulp mixed adequately. It has four functions: ore pulp agitation, agitation storage tank, improving agitation and agent agitation. Agitation tank is suitable for ore dressing industry and can also be used in agitation of pulps from other industries.

Features

The impeller rotating in the tank is similar to the function of centrifugal pump. It uses its suction to absorb the material pump from the feed pipe to the cavity of impeller and then fling the pulp out along the centrifugal directions around the impeller. The slurry which was flung out fills the tank and makes the solid phase to suspend, thus achieving lifting effect of agitation. When the altitude difference is inadequate or relative less for pumping due to the configuration of equipment, lifting agitation tank can be adopted.

Main Applications:

Suitable for agitating and lifting of slurry in dressing plants of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other departments.
